Yesterday I decided it's time to paint Hallie's fingernails. Of course she wouldn't let me so I painted my fingers on one hand to let her see it didn't hurt. Then I proceeded to paint her fingers on one hand, then my other hand and so on. After I was all done painting I was blowing on my nails to dry them and thinking out loud to myself I said" Wow, these look like crap!" Well a little while later Hallie and I were playing and she showed me her fingernails... here's how the conversation went~
Hallie: "See mommy, mine pretty"
Me: "Ya, they are pretty nails. Are mommy's pretty too?"
Hallie: "Nope, mommy's crap!!!"
-Note to self... no more 4 letter words in front of daughter!!

LOVE painting their nails... except for the fact that the polish seems to last a total of 4 hours! it is soo frustrating! LITTLE fingers!
