New project...

I have alot of projects for my husband to do. If he's not at work, the rec center, or going to school you will find him at home doing another one of my projects for me... gotta love him:)
We have a very small laundry room. Well, I wouldn't even call it a room, its more like a laundry closet. when we got our wahser and dryer I really wanted the pedestals to raise them higher and to have more storage but our budget was pretty tight.... so i blog stalked a few of my favorite blogs (the link is at the bottom of this post) and came up with a solution and a new project for Brett.
Here is our laundry closet before... we had a built in washer tub and when we tried to pull it out we noticed it was bolted to the wall so half of it is missing. we just built right over it.the first platform. our closet is so little that Brett had to build it up right inside the closet.

here is the final product!
I am so excited not to have to break my back and bend over to change loads and to have more storage. Thanks husband... now on to another project!

here is the link of one of my favorites.. Show and Tell.

That is such a great idea. I love it. It looks so good. I might have to have Nate build one for me. Keep posting your projects cause I love to get ideas!! I still want to do what you did in your bedroom in one of my rooms.

Wow, this is genius! I am so doing this when the time comes for us to get some front load washers!! Too bad my husband isn't so handy though, that could be a problem.
