I always hate the months that follow the Holidays. There is nothing to look forward to until spring time and we are going crazy being cooped up in the house all day. So why then is it hard for me to update my blog?
So here is an update of all our happenings:
Brett: stays pretty busy with work, rec center work, school and young mens. He has an online class this semester which helps because now we can see him a little more than we did when he had to go to SLCC. He just found out that he made Presidents Club at work which means Brett and I get to go on a cruise with his company in March(with no kids)... and get some much needed time off and sun!
Annie: stays busy with the kids and housework. But if you come to my house you will see that no housework has been done! What do I do with my time? I love to start projects and never finish them, for example Cole's room... I painted it and I am going to put up beadboard but never got around to getting it done. So poor Cole has his room torn apart for now. Also, I got a new job! I am hoping it will really pick up and I can leave my night job so I can have my nights(and sanity) back. It's with a company called Pinnacle and I call and do surveys for people who are/or have been in nursing homes or rehabilitaion centers. I'm really excited about this!
Hallie: stays busy with preschool, friends, and bugging her brother. Seriously, this girl was born to bug. She is so sweet and smiley and a really big helper most of the time but I think her attitude and back talking has kicked in and it's hard to handle at times. She loves being around other people and always wants to play with friends and likes to talk about having another little sister to name Nicole.(WHAT?) I honestly don't know where she gets half of her information from... No, we are not expecting but if you ask Hallie.. she will tell you yes!
Cole: stays busy fighting Zurg with daddy, playing with buzz and woody, and trying to put up with Hal and her imagination. He has had some major accomplishments... he is potty trained! for 3 days straight he hasn't worn a pullup to bed! He is doing really well with it and loves to "go whiz like daddy"!! Also, he is in a big boy bed (finally) and loves his new room( if only mom would finish it already) and he is officially a sunbeam now! I feel like a chapter has closed for us, I don't have babies anymore in my house. They are grown children who can do things on their own and it's a nice feeling. A really nice feeling.

Congrats to brett on making the president's club, sounds like a much needed vacation.
Your kids are getting so BIG. i hope you don't get too comfortable with having BIG kids that you forget to have another baby (a girl named Nicole (LOL)

It's nice to get "updated" on your families holiday's and January experiences. I am with you though January sucks, I think it's the cold though because having the sun out in January seems to make me hate it less.
Darling pics of the kids. I didn't know Kacee is doing photography also. She did a great job. however your kids are so cute that it makes her job easy!
