We finally made it out to the zoo this year. Brett took a day off for a cousins wedding so after the sealing we took the kids to the zoo for the day. Hallie was excited to see the baby elephant and Cole couldn't stop talking about wanting to see the monkeys. Hallie was our tour guide for the day and told us where all the animals lived by using the map...
here is Cole's crazy face again... this kid cracks me up!
it's not often that we get to see Brett during the day and the kids loved it. I think having dad around makes everything fun for and its nice to have him spend some time with us.

sounds like a fun day. i haven't been to the zoo for probably 20 yrs or so. sounds like a fun summer keeper.
The zoo is always the best! We haven't made it yet this year! It looks like they loved it!
